Review, then launch
You get a link to review and mark up. Revisions go in, the domain is connected, and the site goes live.

No separate contract to sign and nothing hidden behind a link. If something here is not clear, ask before you pay.

What a package covers
Each package lists what it includes. Anything outside that is quoted before it starts — nothing is added to an invoice after the fact.

The clock starts at content, not payment
Turnaround is counted in working days from the moment the last piece of content arrives. If content comes in batches, the count starts with the final batch.

Revisions
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes, sent back within 7 days of the review link. Rounds are listed per package. Changes that alter the agreed scope are quoted as new work rather than counted as a revision.

Payment
Essentials and Complete are paid in full at checkout, before work begins. Bespoke is quoted first, then split 50% to start and 50% before the site goes live.

Your Framer account
The work is done in your account, so the project is yours from the first day and stays yours if you stop the work halfway. A Framer plan is required to connect a custom domain; that plan is billed by Framer to you.

Template licence
Customizing a template does not change its licence. You may use the result for your own business or a client's. You may not resell or redistribute the template itself, customized or not.

Cancelling and refunds
Cancel before work starts and you are refunded in full. Cancel during the work and you are billed for what is finished, with the project left on your account. Once a site has been handed over and published, the work is complete.

What we will say no to
We will not copy another company's site, build anything designed to mislead the people who visit it, or work with content we have reason to believe is not yours to use.

Anything else, ask. You will get a real answer, not a brochure.
- Do I have to buy the template first?
- No. Every template in the library is free. You remix it into your own Framer account with one click, and that is the project we work in.
- What if I want a template that is not in the library?
- That is fine. Send the link. As long as you have a licence for it, we will work in it the same way.
- Is $99 really all I pay?
- For Essentials, yes — it is a fixed price, paid once at checkout, and nothing is added afterwards. Complete is the same at $249. Only Bespoke is quoted, because designing new sections is not a job with one price.
- Can you keep updating the site afterwards?
- Bespoke includes 30 days of support. Beyond that, ask and we will quote it. Most people take the walkthrough recording and handle it themselves — the template stays editable on a canvas.
- What if I do not like the result?
- That is what the revision rounds are for, and it is why the review link comes before the domain is connected. If it is still not right after the rounds are used, we will tell you honestly whether more revisions will fix it or whether the template was the wrong choice.
