That is the right shape for a small food business: one page a customer reads end to end, and somewhere to publish without it becoming a second job. The styling is clean and editorial rather than matcha-specific, so it carries over to a coffee shop, a bakery, a juice bar or a sandwich place with a colour change and new photographs.
