By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & licensing

Each template purchase grants you a single-store license — you may use the template on one Shopify store. The All Access Pass grants lifetime access to all current and future templates for use on unlimited stores you own. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

Delivery

Templates are delivered digitally by email immediately after purchase, along with a step-by-step setup guide.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Intellectual property

All templates, designs, and content on this site remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a template grants a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying design or code.

Limitation of liability

Our templates are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
